To ensure a smooth and transparent cancellation process, we have established the following cancellation policy: Cancellation Notice Period: To cancel your parking subscription and avoid being billed for the next month, we kindly request that you provide a minimum of 30 days' notice before your upcoming billing date. This means that you must notify us of your intent to cancel your subscription at least 30 days prior to the start of your next billing cycle. Cancellation Procedure: To initiate the cancellation process, please send an official cancellation request to our customer support team at support@parkayo.com. Your cancellation request must include your full name and the desired cancellation date. You can also reach out to our customer support team for any assistance with the cancellation process. Confirmation of Cancellation: Once we receive your cancellation request, our team will process it promptly and send you a confirmation email, verifying the effective cancellation date. Prorated Billing: If you cancel your subscription within the 30-day notice period and before the start of your next billing cycle, you will not be charged for the subsequent month. However, if your cancellation request is received less than 25 days before your billing date, you will be billed for the following month, and the cancellation will be effective from the subsequent billing cycle. Refunds: Please note that no refunds or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of the current billing cycle if the cancellation request is submitted after your billing date.
